Entrepreneurs, business leaders, and go-getters from across the States and beyond came together for the final installment of the TSP Game Plan.
The signature three-day event, spearheaded by powerhouse couple Lamar and Ronnie Tyler, showcased internationally renowned speakers, including multi-millionaire Janice Bryant Howroyd and global business leader and strategist Vusi Thembekwayo, among others.
Presented by Traffic Sales and Profit (TSP), this milestone conference at metropolitan Atlanta’s Hotel at Avalon marks the end of an era. But if you thought this was goodbye, think again. The show is far from over.
For over a decade, January’s TSP Game Plan has been a guiding light for Black entrepreneurs seeking strategies, community, and business growth. The goal is for attendees to map out actionable plans for their upcoming year in four key areas: people, projects, products, and profit.

The only time your business is ever truly going to scale is when you have the courage to turn your back to the audience and face the institution you are trying to create so it can deliver the value not you be the value.”
Whether running a product-based, service-based, e-commerce, brick-and-mortar store, or online business, TSP Game Plan was tailored to meet the needs of every business owner, no matter where they were in their climb to profitable business success.

The transformative conference has helped thousands turn their ideas into six and seven-figure businesses. The latest installment saw a packed house filled with business owners eager to gain insights. From the moment attendees walked through the doors, the excitement was evident. The Tylers, known for their high-energy hosting style, set the tone for a lively experience.
The speaker lineup featured industry professionals sharing strategies for scaling businesses, increasing revenue, and leveraging digital marketing. On stage, Thembekwayo shared a powerful analogy highlighting the different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.
“When I first launched my business, I was a saxophonist humming along to the tune, “said the world-renowned speaker, investor, and global business leader. “As I scaled my business to a 20-man band, I suddenly had to become the conductor, leading people doing their work. Today, as the CEO of a global firm, I am neither the conductor nor the saxophonist; I am the composer who wrote the score. The only time your business is ever truly going to scale is when you have the courage to turn your back to the audience and face the institution you are trying to create so it can deliver the value, not you be the value. ”

Attendees engaged in sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities designed to help shape their business trajectories.
One of the standout sessions focused on financial empowerment and how Black entrepreneurs can build generational wealth through strategic investments. Another session tackled the evolving digital marketing landscape, with experts breaking down how AI and automation are shifting the game.
Beyond the business strategies and keynote speeches, the sense of community made this final Game Plan event stand out. Attendees weren’t just there to learn but to connect, collaborate, and exchange experiences. Many entrepreneurs shared how the TSP Game Plan influenced their business journeys.
Some had just hit their first $100K in revenue, while others were crossing the million-dollar mark. The event showcased real success stories and the role that networking and strategic insights played in their growth.

What’s Next? The Ultimate Homecoming
While TSP Game Plan has taken its final bow, the movement is far from over. Lamar and Ronnie Tyler announced TSP LIVE 2025: The Ultimate Homecoming Celebration, set to take place in June 2025. The annual event aims to be bigger and more impactful, serving as the next step in the TSP experience.
For those who missed the Game Plan or want to continue their journey with TSP, this is the event to mark on your calendar. The Tylers made it clear this isn’t the end. It’s the next step in the evolution of the TSP network.
Attending the last TSP Game Plan was a moment of reflection. On one hand, it marked the end of a conference that has impacted many business owners. On the other, it hinted at what lies ahead.
If this final event was any indication, TSP LIVE 2025 is expected to draw even more attention. The TSP community continues, and it remains to be seen how it will evolve.
