After three impactful years in Brooklyn, this year’s conference will be held at Microsoft’s Times Square location. The two-day event (May 15-16) is designed to unite more than 500 innovators for an immersive experience filled with learning, networking, and business growth. Roadmap to Billions is not just another tech conference; it is the only one created by Black women tech founders specifically for Black women tech founders and the people who champion their success.

This year’s conference underscores BWTT’s mission to amplify Black women’s voices in the tech ecosystem and accelerate access to capital and resources. Co-Founder Esosa Johnson emphasized that the move to a more central and visible location reflects the growing influence of Black women in technology. At a time when their voices and ventures face increasing challenges, Johnson explained that Roadmap to Billions remains a protected and intentional space where founders can build boldly and lead collectively.
