January 6, 2026Actor, comedian, and business mogul Kevin Hart has entered into a strategic partnership with Authentic Brands Group, a global sports, media, entertainment, and lifestyle platform, to expand his business worldwide.
Under the agreement, Hart and Authentic will co-own and manage the Kevin Hart brand, extending it into new markets and verticals through Authentic’s brand-building platform.

A Partnership to Expand Authentic’s Global Reach
Authentic produces new products and merchandise for its portfolio brands and can license them for digital media, hospitality, and more. The company has over 50 brands in its portfolio, including rights to names like Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Muhammad Ali, and Michael Jackson. It also has a social media reach of nearly 1 billion followers and generates $32 billion in annual systemwide retail sales globally.

Furthermore, Hart is the owner of Hartbeat Productions, a multi-platform entertainment company. He is also the co-founder of Gran Coramino, a tequila brand that supports small businesses through $10,000 grants and AI-powered training.
