April 20, 2026The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) has unveiled its 2026 Top 40 Innovative Companies in Georgia. Their selection spotlights the organizations driving economic and technological growth across the state.
The companies will be featured at the upcoming Georgia Technology Summit. The conference brings over a thousand technologists, executives, and innovators together for a day focused on AI and enterprise technology.
Hosted at the Cobb Convention Center, the summit has become one of the Southeast’s premier tech gatherings. It offers a platform for leadership, infrastructure, and innovation to converge, building connections and driving creativity in the region.

Recognizing the Top 40
At the center of this year’s event is the announcement of the Top 40 Innovative Companies. The cohort that reflects the scale, ambition, and diversity of Georgia’s tech ecosystem. As the state continues to attract investment and talent, these companies highlight where the industry is heading next.
“The Top 40 honorees represent a diverse range of industries, from E-Commerce to Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. Each company was selected based on its proven track record of developing disruptive technologies, driving economic growth, and contributing to Georgia’s vibrant tech ecosystem,” said Dennis Zakas, CEO of GetRecz and Chair of the Top 40/Top 10 Innovative Companies competition. “I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these companies turn out to be “unicorns,” as many of their Top 40 predecessors have been.”

Innovation Unleashed
This year’s theme – Innovation Unleashed: Navigating the Intelligence Frontier – signals a clear shift in focus. Rather than centering focus on emerging tools, the agenda zooms out to examine how organizations are implementing technology at scale. The conference will address what it takes to stay competitive in a world increasingly driven by AI tools.
The speaker lineup brings together a cross-section of founders, executives, and policy voices shaping the direction of tech.
