UrbanGeekz, a groundbreaking digital news platform, has launched its very own weekly news show. Geekz Watch, which debuts on the site today, is a round-up of the best and latest tech, business, science, and startup news, and much more.
The program will appear on the homepage of urbangeekz.com and also feature prominently on the brand’s social media sites. The show is an original in-house production and a perfect extension of the online platform that’s steadily growing in popularity.
New episodes of #GeekzWatch will initially air on an infrequent basis prior to becoming a regular weekly addition to UrbanGeekz’s fast-growing portfolio. The editorial team is confident that they will secure on-screen interviews with high-flying entrepreneurs, technologists, and business leaders.
Randi Bohler kicks off the launch as the face of the brand new show. Bohler is a young talented multimedia journalist and collegiate level track star who slays both on and off the field. As the show develops there will be opportunities for other talented reporters.
“We’ve always envisioned UrbanGeekz to be a multimedia, multiplatform venture,” said Kunbi Tinuoye, CEO of UrbanGeekz and Executive Editor of Geekz Watch. “The show is a perfect addition to our website and growing brand. We’re extremely excited by this new development.”
