Every business wants to get something from them, aside from the obvious thing: their money. There are many things that customers can provide to business to help them improve and find greater levels of success. Here are 5 examples that demonstrate my point.

Most businesses want their customers to be interactive and communicative. It makes their task of marketing and advertising their products and services so much easier if they have an audience that is open and engaged.
